Last year I decided that I would give gifts that were either garden themed or ones that could be used in the garden and it was a definite hit with my friends and family. While most years I might look to do something a little differently, so many of these same people are even heavier into their gardens than ever before so I have decided to do a repeat of last year so I am looking at gardener gift ideas.

What I normally do is find those things that I both have and love or things I would want to receive as a gift to give. Though price is always a consideration, I do try to look at that last because I don’t want that to be my deciding factor. However, with the economy the way it is I certainly understand that for many people price is the factor and you can find many things related to garden and gifts that will fit almost every budget. It’s such a great gift to give because so many people are doing a little bit of their own growing these days and it’s my way of helping them help themselves.
